Intimate or Private Classes can be made up of from 15 to 20 guests or larger classes from 21 to 60 guests.
Originally from the UK, Keith Jackson lived in Florence, Italy, for 12 years where he attended Scuola di Cucina Cordon Bleu di Firenze. Keith has worked abroad in England and France, before making his final move to Melbourne. He has successfully owned, launched, managed and consulted for restaurants and caterers for over the years. He now contracts privately for some of Melbourne’s leading catering companies..
Team Building Classes
We run a range of classes specifically geared towards Corporate Team Building. These three hour classes combine hands-on cooking with relaxed dining to strike a perfect balance between education and enjoyment.
The class is divided into smaller teams to produce a three course meal, with a team chef to mentor them during each step. Each dish is judged at the end of course, with a winning team at the end of the night.
Black Truffle’s kitchen located just out of Melbourne CBD, and is the ideal location for a refreshingly uniquely memorable celebration. The cooking classes are designed with a pleasant balance between hand-on cooking and sociable dinning.
